Ms. Aselee Hilary Sutherland is an Auditing, Accounting and Management Consultant with over 30 years’ experience. She is currently the Chief Audit Executive at eGov Jamaica Limited where she monitors and manages all auditing activities to ensure adherence and compliance to policies, procedure and required regulations within eGov Jamaica Limited as well as she serves as Director and Chairperson for A & N Loan Hub Limited and is a member of the audit and compliance committe.
She currently serves as Chairperson of the Wellness and Social Programmes Committee at eGov Jamaica Limited and Treasurer of Seville Meadows Citizen Association where manages all financial related activities. Ms. Sutherland is actively involved in the Benevolence, Ladies and Finance ministries at the Church of Christ, Mona, where she has been a member for more than thirty-five years. As a member of the Mentorship programme, she provides leadership to young ladies and counsels when necessary.
Formerly, she served as Senior Auditor at the National Housing Trust, a position which took her over the entire island ensuring the organization’s compliance to policies and procedures and the maintenance of operational efficiency. Ms. Sutherland also taught Organizational Behaviour, Principles of Management and Business Communication at the Jamaica Institute of Management which later merged with the University of Technology. Ms. Sutherland holds a MBA in Banking and Finance, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Post Graduate Diploma, Business Administration all from the University of the West Indies. Ms.Sutherland is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University.
