He a dedicated, enthusiastic, and skilled Attorney at Law who was called to the Bar in 2014. Mr. Henry also serves as the Director and Secretary to the Board of Directors and provides legal and well as compliance guidance for the Company. Mr. Henry’s working experience spans from being Company Secretary for Caymanas Track Limited to being Senior Legal Counsel for the Real Estate Board of Jamaica/ The Commission of Strata Corporations. He was also a legal officer at the Administrator General’s Department and an Associate at the firm Samuda and Johnson. His practice areas include Probate, Succession, Conveyancing, Corporate and Commercial Law and Intellectual Property. Mr. Henry is also a key member of the organization’s the audit and compliance committee.
